In discussions with the submitter, an alternate method for accomplishing the use case using a combination of image and stack-specific policy files was discussed. If this alternate method is not sufficient, please open a new IDEA describing the user problem you are trying to solve, not the suggested solution, then we can discuss possible ways to solve it. For example for this one the problem to be solved could be described as "Integrate rules the AT-TLS created by z/OS AI Services workflow into the AT-TLS rule set created by NCA"
