To Develop a RACF utility to cleanup/delete expired certificates in the RACF database with parameters specifying the expiration date & older.
The date parameter specification/s can be a (-) minus 365 days from the current date. Just to elaborate, select certs that have dates that have already expired 365 days ago & older.

This item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. Some possible alternative approaches exist that you might find helpful:
    - zSecure can search for certificates given a set of parameters and delete them, either via a panel interface or batch job
    - The output of IRRDBU00 can be used to find expired certificates and generate RACDCERT commands, for example via an ICETOOL job
    - The RACF_CERTIFICATE_EXPIRATION health check will display expired certificates which could be combined with SDSF Rexx to generate RACDCERT commands
