This is the public portal for all IBM Z Hardware and Operating System related offerings. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Under zOS 3.1, using the zOS Change Tracker plugin for zOSMF and NOT having IZUFPROC as the logon procedure to be used for the RESTAPI_FILE statement in IZUPRMxx Parmlib member, results in an error message as follows -
IKJ56712I Abnormal command.. IKJ56716I TSO info
TSO output
EX '...' 'SHOW=UNIVERSE'
IKJ56716I EXTRANEOUS INFORMATION WAS IGNORED: 'SYS1.SCYGINST(CYGCMD
IKJ56712I INVALID KEYWORD, '
IKJ56703A REENTER THIS OPERAND -
Assuming that IZUFPROC will be defined and available on a Customer's system is incorrect. For example, IZUFPROC may not conform to any required site naming standards for logon procedure names.
The zOS Change Tracker Plugin in zOSMF needs to provide the capability for the Customer to specify what logon procedure is to be used.
