CSSMTP Add Return-/Reason-Code to Message EZD1813I

When CSSMTP detects some error during the process of a SMTP Mail which prevents the transmission of the mail to the remote SMTP Server it issues message EZD1813I. This message is WTO issued and can be processed by a System-Automation component. But it does not contain any description of the error cause, there is a wide variety of error causes. The cause is written by CSSMTP in detail either to a dynamically allocated JES Sysout dataset or to a single mailbox defined by CSSMTPs configuration parameter MailAdministrator. Both cannot be accessed by the System-Automation component.

To be able to inform the responsible owner of the SMTP mail automatically not only about the failing transfer but about the error cause also it would be very helpful, if message EZD1813I contains an error- and/or reason-code which describes the error cause. As it is done by many other IBM system components also.
