Resiliency in a z/OS UNIX shared file system sysplex enivronment

Resiliency in a z/OS UNIX shared file system sysplex enivronment needs to be improved related to the critical mutually exclusive serialized functions (e.g. UNMOUNT, MOVE, MOUNT RESYNC, FILE SYSTEM INITIALIZATION, FILE SYSTEM TAKEOVER, etc.).  If one of these serialized functions hangs (e.g. UNMOUNT), it essentially blocks other serialized activity on all systems in the shared file system sysplex.  z/OS UNIX should automtically detect when a serialized function is hung (e.g. Eventual Action Message), and if possible, perform auto-fix processing to collect debug doc and self-heal.
