Use TSO Rest services in PARMLIB or a user setting to change the z/OSMF code page

There isn't an option to set the code page for the z/OSMF File editor (magnifying glass).

z/OSMF ISPF allows you to specify a codepage for that interactive TSO-ISPF session

However, this editor calls RESTFILES calls which uses TSOREST services to issue the commands. TSO Rest services allows you to specify a codepage on the call with the cpage parameter, so this can be used.

An useful new feature would be to set up a general codepage for TSO Rest services in PARMLIB or a user setting.
