SYSLOGD / syslog() API - Make it possible to configure a custom AF_UNIX socket for syslog() API

We'd like to get an option for the openlog() / syslog() / closelog() API to configure the AF_UNIX socket to direct the logging messages to another SYSLOGD that is running with -p option configured.

The reason for this is, that we consider to run another SYSLOGD to separate infrastructure logs from insurance application logs, as we think about direct insurance logs to SYSLOGD to make it possible to forward the logs to decentral systems (like syslog-ng that is attached to Splunk). This would help in separation of duties and would be important for compliance rules. Also we could handle the infrastructure and insurance stuff separatly.
