Allow LDAP servers in a sysplex to share an activity log file

LDAP sysplex setups recommend that all servers in the sysplex share the same configuration file. This cannot be done if activity logging is in use because the LDAP server cannot handle file management during the rollover period. The only way to use activity logging in a sysplex is for each server to have a special configuration file set up to use a unique log file.  Depending on auditing requirements, having separate logfiles can cause issues as some users may not care which server processed the operation, 2+ logs will need to be reviewed, and timestamps lined up manually.
