Allow multiple people to interact with a workflow without needing to take ownership

We have multiple systems programmers on our team.

In the event that a systems programmer is unwell/ sick , we can't view the "perform" section of a workflow owner by a different user.

It would be great if we could view all steps in the workflow without needing to take ownership.

Maybe have a 2 options on the ownership, this userA and a yes/no this RACF group of users of which userA is part of. If all sysprogs are in group @SYSPROG and the relevant tick box has been selected another sysprog that is part of the same group has the same "perform" access.
