Need to be able to add a comment to Filterrules when doing a multiple install Merged

When doing a Multi install on Network Configuration Assistant I lose the ability to add a comment into the policy file before I install.
This really impacts my ability to see whats been installed if there is an issue.

    Also can you add the user id of who saved the file when using save file in the file .. this does not really help me find out who installed the last version ...
