DFSMSdss COPY CONVERT PDS to PDSE V?

Presently, ADRDSSU can only convert a PDS to PDSE Version 1. Would be prudent to be able to choose between PDSE Version 1 and Version 2; especially since IBM recommends Version 2 in most use cases.
