DFSMSdss COPY CONVERT PDS to PDSE V?

Presently, ADRDSSU can only convert a PDS to PDSE Version 1. Would be prudent to be able to choose between PDSE Version 1 and Version 2; especially since IBM recommends Version 2 in most use cases.

DFDSS has the ability to process input Generation Data Sets via relative generation numbers, but cannot create new target generations using the relative generation (+n). It also cannot define target GDG's as part of a COPY or RESTORE operation.

Increase or remove DFSMSdss 255 SYSIN statement limit

DFSMSdss has a limit of 255 SYSIN statements per execution. This limits to ~200 the number of datasets in any one execution of COPY or RESTORE with individual RENAMEU statements, even when using DATASET(FILTERDD(name)).
