Z15 with multiple LPARs using multiple daylight savings dates. Meaning some are US Central, US Eastern which can be setup using the Image profile time offset and be automatically changed using STP Daylight savings option as their DST falls on the same date. BUT - what happens when some of the LPARs on the same processor are in the UK? Or Germany? or even Australia? Their DST date is different from those time zones in the US.
Wouldn't it be nice to have an option in the STP to set multiple daylight savings dates so we could fully automate the daylight savings event for all time zones across the world?

It would be great to be able to set multiple daylight savings dates and thus facilitate the administration and avoid incidents.
It would be wonderful if the Mainframe had these capabilities that would allow us to automate these processes.
It will be very usefull in a world increasingly globalised
I like this idea. In general we need a way to handle all time change scenarios so we can automate the process of changing times. The days of having to manually change clocks/offsets should be behind us.
