Sync CryptoExpress clock to sysplex timer

Currently the only way to set the clock on CryptoExpress hardware is to use the TKE workstation to manually set the time. This can result in:

  1. Discrepancy between different cryptographic hardware, especially when using multiple mainframe footprints each with multiple crypto hardware installed.

  2. Discrepancy to the sysplex timer.

  3. Manual effort is required twice a year when during clock change to and from daylight savings time.

If the CryptoExpress clock can be synced with the sysplex timer then all the above should never become an issue.
