STP setting and customization

With customers moving to zCloud, we are now combining customers with z/VM lpars set in different timezones onto a single processor. There needs to be a better method of utilizing STP, to alleviate unnecessary manual updates to the System Config file for timezone settings, and dynamic commands. Right now, unless a company has the resources to install a CPU for each separate timezone requirement (so that you can place a customer's lpar(s) on the processor matching their timezone), the current situation does not seem reasonable since it continues to require manual intervention instead of utilizing the STP feature, as well as one could.

    Operating Systems should handle the time zones.
