Store the entire RACF DB in central storage

While it's great that we have coupling facility support available for RACF, just store the entire contents of the database in central storage (i.e. memory).

Consider this RFE a discussion point for such a serious design change to RACF. Keep it on book for 5 years or 10 years. I would not expect this over night but keep the RFE open and on book in the hopes that some year some group of RACF engineers can bring RACF technology out of the 70s and into the 21st century if their management would actually fund such a project.
