Enhance ISPF Table Services with TBHIDE and TBFLIP capability

When developing an ISPF application using tables the ability to filter the table display can significantly improve the user experience. To filter today requires that rows be deleted to remove them from the display and then added back when the filter is removed. This can be time-consuming and is not easy to accomplish.

This requirement is requesting that IBM provide the following enhancements to table services:

1. The ability to hide and unhide a row

2. The ability to detect the state of each row

3. The ability to flip the state of all, and selected, rows.
