SMF record is written when ACCESS is unsuccessfull for JESJOBS Class

RACF drives an authorization check in the JESJOBS class for the resource
name SUBMIT<.execution node><.jobname><.user ID>. This is a LOG=NOFAIL
REQUEST=AUTH, which means that if the submitting user is not authorized
to this resource, there will be no ICH408I message and no SMF record
created and the job submission will fail. A JOBINIT record is written,
and any information related to the failed authorization check is
contained in this record in the field in this record.


REQUEST :
SMF record is written when ACCESS is successfull for JESJOBS Class.
Is it possible to have SMF record written to have same infos for unssuccessfull access on JESJOBS Class (ICH408I on JOBINIT is not enough to get all informations) ?

    This item is a valid requirement but unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.

    b) Just the SMF record on the JESJOBS access check
    c) Additional information added to the JOBINIT SMF record
    d) Additional information added to the JOBINIT ICH408i message
