We have discussed this RFE and have accepted it as an Uncommitted Candidate for future implementation.
The interplay between this and the ENCIPHER keyword would need to be thought out more thoroughly.
There probably would be a need for a mechanism to allow this transmission, most likely managed by security profiles.
Why don't you protect the XMIT load module and the XMIT command with RACF?
