The AMAPDUPL program does not invoke the FTP Client program of EZAFTPLC with the AUTH parameter with a value of TLS preventing use of FTPS via AT-TLS

The AMAPDUPL program does not invoke the FTP Client program of EZAFTPLC with the AUTH parameter with a value of TLS preventing use of FTPS via TLS V1.2 via AT-TLS.

Do note, that the z/OS FTP Client configuration setting of 'TLSMECHANISM FTP' is obsolete and defunct, as it does not support the current version of TLS and related Ciphers in use by the IBM 'testcase' and 'ECuRep' FTP Servers.

Transference of Diagnostic data should be via an encrypted session via FTPS using the current version of TLS & it's related Ciphers, instead of plain FTP.

PDUU-FTP does support AT-TLS, but it needs to supply the correct FTP.DATA attributes for it:
    TLSMECHANISM ATTLS
    TLSRFCLEVEL RFC4217
