RMM SEARCHDATASET/SEARCHVOLUME with WRITEDATE enhancement

Our customer had requested FITS MR0502135119 and OA45286 for CRDATE was created. This enables to specify creation time as a criteria in the RMM SEARCHVOLUME/SEARCHDATASET subcommands.
But now our customer would like to want the enhancement for WRITEDATE rather than CRDATE.

Because SERACHDATASET with CRDATE can select a newly opening tape dataset which has not yet been closed. Even if the customer set retention date for it in this timing, its retention date will be overrided by RMM default RETPD of EDGRMMxx when it is closed as follows.
1. a batch JOB opens a tape dataset. RMM records its dataset record in CDS
2. Our customer submits RMM dairy JOB
1) RMM SEARCHDATASET with CRDATE range selects dataset records, including 1.dataset
2) RMM CHANGEDATASET with RETPD(30) set retention date for them
3. a batch JOB closes it. RMM sets defalut RETPD(10) of EDGRMMxx
Then the retention date of its dataset record is overrided.

Our customer encountered above problem in the production system. They dose not want the tape dataset, which has not been closed, is selected by SERACHDATASET.
