Support LogFilter for ibm-filterSubject

Currently, we can set a logfilter for an IP-Adress by using

/ F ldapuxsl, LOG FILTER,(IBM-FILTERIP=1.2.3.4)

In the ACL documentation we find additional filters that can be set for ACLs, for example ibm-filterSubject.

Having the Subject filter also as a LogFilter can be helpful, when you want to check if a deprecated user still connects to the LDAP server.

Simply disabling or deleting the user might cause issues in a production enviornment. To have an option to filter and check for a specific user would be very helpful and will keep the logfile small, when enabling logging.
