WORK OF THE RMM WHILE IS IN QUIESCE

When the RMM is put into QUIESCE, something should be enabled so that it does not leave queued the jobs that want to use new tapes and that those that are in flight when they finish and need to do the CLOSE do not stay waiting for the RMM to become ACTIVE again. A way should be enabled so that the RMM can record these operations in a Journal-II type file and that when the RMM is released with the reset, it consolidates it in the CDS.

    We recognize there are areas to improve when RMM goes into a quiesced state and for how long we stay in quiesced states. We are committed to improving this in the product.

    This should be an option, because if QUIESCE is used to move or expand the journal it does not work
