Following APAR OA63091 (with XFACILIT IRR.DENY.SPECIAL.USER.ADDITIONAL.PASSWORD.ATTEMPTS.APPL.appl-name.) issue of WTOR ICH302D "ICH302D REPLY Y TO ALLOW ANOTHER ATTEMPT OR N TO REVOKE USERID userid." can be avoided.

I propose to extend this behavior also for the WTOR ICH304D "REPLY Y TO ACTIVATE USER OR N TO REVOKE USERID userid." which is issued after message "ICH303I INACTIVE INTERVAL EXCEEDED BY USER userid (AT TERMINAL terminalid)."

    This item is a valid requirement but unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.
