HSM EXPIREBV to be part of Automated function

In most of the clients I have worked, one thing I observed is they were missing to run EXPIREBV regularly. Few shops schedule them as batch jobs or run adhoc and when people change or with time, they tend to forget to look into it. Because of this, lot of backup tapes are being consumed & old data will just sit. If the EXPIREBV function was made as a part of automated function either via a new function AUTOEXPIRE or making it part of AUTOBACKUP, it will really help every client. I understand CPU consumption is high for EXPIREBV, but giving it as a window similar to other Automated functions will help in running the cleanup regularly and client can pick the time when they want to run.
